This is a handmade measuring spoon set with 1 tablespoon, 1 teaspoon, 1/2 teaspoon and 1/4 teaspoon measurements. Handles are hand turned from Walnut wood sourced from a sawmill in the heart of Ohio's Amish Country. The metal measuring spoons are food grade stainless steel.
Additional options for wood handles are Cherry, Two Tone Black Walnut, Western Red Cedar, Curly Maple, Mahogany and Hickory, all which are sourced from the same sawmill that we purchase our Black Walnut. In addition, we offer 200 year Barnwood from recycled beams from a building we took down on our farm.
All woods pictured have been left their natural color with only a polyurethane applied for a long lasting, water resistant finish which also highlights the natural beauty of the woods. Additional exotic wood options sourced from Central and South America are Purple Heart, Bloodwood, Redheart, Zebrawood, Dark Cocobolo Wood, Light Cocobolo Wood.
The measuring cups unscrew from the wood handles for easy cleaning.
